Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2012, I have gained over 7,000 hours of coaching experience, having helped hundreds of people transform their lives.  I have a keen interest in nutrition and biomechanics and became a fully certified and insured nutritionist in 2019, graduating with distinction from the world renowned MacNutrition Uni.

Now solely specialising in exercise and nutrition for fat loss and athletic performance, I enjoy training a broad range of clients, from busy parents and business owners to TV stars and international athletes. 

I don’t believe in generic diet plans, unnecessarily high-priced supplements, or any other dietary/training fad. Instead, combining the latest evidence-based science with my extensive experience, I deliver individually tailored coaching programmes to best suit my client’s needs and enable them to reach their goals as quickly and safely as possible.  I always ensure I consider sleep hygiene, work, cooking, nutrition, family commitments, medical history and much more to lead to long lasting and sustainable results.


To simplify and educate individuals on nutrition, which will empower them to take control of their own body, mind, and lifestyle, to improve their overall health and longevity.
