I have been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years after qualifying as a personal trainer in 2012. Since then, I have helped hundreds of people transform their lives and have developed a keen interest in nutrition. Last year, I became a fully certified and insured nutritionist, graduating with distinction from the world renowned MacNutrition Uni. I have over 6,000 hours of 1-2-1 coaching with outstanding results and now solely specialise in nutrition for fat loss and in women’s health.

I don’t believe in generic diet plans, fitness gimmicks, unnecessarily high-priced supplements or any other dietary fad. Combining the latest evidence-based science with my extensive experience, I deliver the best possible, individually tailored advice and training to my clients. By helping them integrate small habits and easy lifestyle changes to suit their current lifestyle, I offer long lasting, healthy and sustainable results.
