I have my own training studio in Woking, Surrey and can also come to you. I will not only have you following a fully tailored and structured program but will also track every single weight, set and rep, so you don’t have to, ensuring progress is made every single session. I explain and coach everything along the way, so when you do feel you’re ready to move on, you’ll have all the knowledge and confidence you need to be able to train yourself in the future without relying on me; this is the key difference between coaching and training.
I will be constantly assessing your technique to make sure you are executing every exercise safely and putting the tension on the right areas in order to maximise your results and, most importantly, keep you injury free.
I currently hold weekly coaching meetings, monthly nutrition-based seminars and have delivered various individual wellness talks over the past 5 years.
